Experience
Mr. Hildebrandt joined Bain Capital in 2005. He is a Partner based in Bain Capital’s Hong Kong office responsible for helping to establish the Asia team and expand the Bain Capital Private Equity and Credit businesses across the region. He has responsibility for relationships with Asian investors. Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr. Hildebrandt was a Partner at Bain & Company, relocating to Asia from London in 1989 as a founder of the offices in China, Southeast Asia, Korea and Australia. He served on the Global Operating and Compensation Committees, and had responsibility for the Asian Private Equity Practice.
Education
Mr. Hildebrandt received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business where he was the Henry Ford II Scholar and received the Alexander A. Robichek Award for Outstanding Achievement in Finance. He also has a JD from the University of Toronto.
