Experience

Alfred Lei joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is a Vice President and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team, focusing on investments in the Tech and Healthcare verticals.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Alfred worked at McKinsey & Company in Shanghai, where he worked on projects in healthcare, tech, and retail sectors.


Education

Alfred received a BE in Finance from Peking University.
