Catie Harrigan joined Bain Capital in 2026 as the Associate General Counsel on the North America Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, she was a corporate attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP in Boston, primarily focused on private equity transactions.


Education

Catie received a JD/MBA from Emory University School of Law and Goizueta Business School, and a BSFS from Georgetown University. She is a member of the state bar of Massachusetts.
