Experience

Harvansh Grover joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is a Managing Director and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team focusing on deal origination and sourcing.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Harvansh worked with HDFC Bank in various leadership roles as Head of Conglomerate & Large Corporate for South India and North India, where he led an asset book of $10bn, covering clients across industrials, healthcare, financials, and consumer. Prior to HDFC Bank, Harvansh worked with Citibank in leadership roles across Citi Asia Pacific Global Markets, Treasury & Trade, and Corporate Bank.


Education

Harvansh is a merit holder and fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He obtained his BCom (H) from the University of Delhi.
