Experience

Jack Bliss joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is Legal Counsel on the Europe Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Jack worked as a senior associate in the London office of Baker & McKenzie LLP, focused on private equity, real estate, and digital infrastructure transactions globally. Prior to Baker McKenzie, he was an associate at a regional firm in Sydney, Australia. Jack also spent 17 months in the Bain Capital London office on two separate secondments across 2024—2026.


Education

Jack received a Juris Doctor and Bachelor of International and Global Studies from the University of Sydney.
