Joseph Cullen joined Bain Capital in 2026. He is a Vice President on the North America Private Equity team and is part of the Technology vertical.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Joseph was an associate in McKinsey & Company's London office, where he primarily served private equity clients.


Education

Joseph received an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he graduated with distinction. He graduated with a first-class BA in modern & medieval languages from Oxford University.
