Experience

Kazuma Isai joined Bain Capital in 2022. He is an Associate Director and a member of the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kazuma worked at Nomura in its Tokyo and New York offices, where he advised clients on M&A transactions across a range of industries.


Education

Kazuma received a BA in Law from Kyoto University.
