Experience

Kristina Klein joined Bain Capital in 2026. She is a Senior Vice President on the Portfolio Group and a member of the Europe Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Kristina was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group in Munich, where she focused on the Healthcare and Industrials verticals.


Education

Kristina holds an MSc with distinction in management and technology from the Technical University of Munich and a BSc in international business from Maastricht University.
