Experience

Lynn Mchayleh joined Bain Capital in 2021. She is a Vice President and a member of the Technology and Financial & Business Services verticals within the North America Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Lynn was a consultant at Boston Consultant Group (BCG) in the New York and Dubai Offices where she focused on investment strategies and due diligence across multiple sectors and geographies.


Education

Lynn received her MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the American University of Beirut.
