Rayleen Hu joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is a Vice President on the North America Private Equity team and a member of the Healthcare vertical.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Rayleen was a consultant at BCG.


Education

Rayleen received an MBA with honors from Wharton Business School. She graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a BSE in operations research & financial engineering.
