Ms. Morris joined Bain Capital in 2022. She is a Managing Director in the Portfolio Group and a member of the European Private Equity team. Her focus is on the human capital agenda across our portfolio companies.
Prior to Bain Capital, Ms. Morris was Group Chief People Officer of Compass Group, the world's largest contract caterer. Ms. Morris is a member of the Executive Leadership team with responsibility for people, communications, corporate and government affairs. Earlier in her career, Ms. Morris was the Group Chief People Officer of Aviva, a FTSE 25 global insurance and investment business. Prior to that, she held HR, strategy and commercial leadership roles in retail, technology, and oil & gas.

Ms. Morris is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and of the Chartered Institute of Management.
