Mr. Rosen joined Bain Capital in December 2022 and serves as the General Counsel for Europe Private Equity.
Prior to joining Bain Capital, Mr Rosen was a senior transactional partner at Ropes & Gray LLP and was the managing partner of its London office where he focused on private equity and M&A transactions. Prior to Ropes & Gray, Mr Rosen was a partner at DLA Piper and Weil Gotshal. During his time in private practice, Mr Rosen was recognized as a recommended practitioner in private equity by the Legal 500 (Hall of Fame), Chambers & Partners and the Guide to the World’s Leading Private Equity Lawyers.
Education
Mr. Rosen received a BA (Hons) in History from the University of London and graduated with honours in the Law Society Finals from Manchester Metropolitan University.
