Yamashita Koji joined Bain Capital in 2020. He is a Vice President on the Asia Pacific Private Equity team.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Yamashita was a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group, working in the Tokyo and Munich offices. Previously, he was a Portfolio Management Associate at Mitsubishi Corporation.
